Project goals and objectives:

  • to establish a special mechanism, based on both European experience and own educational traditions, that will assist partner universities;
  • to clarify the concrete mission and tasks of international relations office (IRO);
  • to establish international educational environment with diversified students and teaching staff;
  • to become a globally-connected university;
  • to be involved in worldwide universities network;
  • to be included in internationally recognized university ranking lists.


  • Review of Partner Universities and European universities IRO structures (SWOT analysis)
  • Preparation of necessary documents
  • Establishing mechanism of support services for IRO mission/tasks
  • Preparation of concrete suggestions and development of guidelines to make university eligible for inclusion in internationally recognized World Universities Ranking Lists
  • Creation of Quality monitoring division within IRO
  • Regular Coordination.

Expected results:

  • The most efficient structure of IRO is defined
  • Necessary policy documents are prepared
  • The effective mechanism for concrete mission and tasks of IRO is established
  • University is included in internationally recognized World Universities Ranking Lists
  • Quality monitoring division (structure unit) for IRO mechanism is physically established and is functioning
  • IRO administration mechanism is regularly up-dated (modernized).
